Walks With Greg
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” ~Viktor Frank

I suspect that if you have landed on this page you are probably experiencing some form of disturbance such as overwhelm, anxiety, depression, fear, heartbreak, or loss. Yes, even the loss of a deeply loved pet.
These feelings can and do show up in every humans’ life and are a very normal part of our journey. However, there are times when circumstances such as a job loss, loss of a loved one, substance attachment, relationship breakup—just to mention a few—intensify our normal experiences of feelings to levels that leave us feeling paralyzed. I, too, have experienced this.
Western culture is embedded with the notion that troubles are to be avoided and numbed rather than experienced and moved through, into freedom. We tend to call troubling experiences “bad” but in truth they are merely unwanted. They are unwanted because they tend to make us feel not-in-control and ungrounded.

What do I mean by the phrase “Walks with Greg”?
Walks with Greg are very simply a journey through that which brings disturbance. I refer to my gift and what I “do” as being a Sherpa. Sherpa’s guide one up the “mountain” but they do not climb for you. Instead of avoiding disturbing emotions we move into them and discover what they have come to teach. Which, by the way, is always a deepening of love, peace and freedom.
If you are experiencing something similar to what I have mentioned above, I will tell you that you are most likely being summonsed to a life of deeper love, peace and increased freedom. My role is to walk along side (guide) as you make these beautiful discoveries.
You are not broken or defective and you will come to know this.
